These are the plain terms for using The Locals Cut, a free, independent events guide for Las Vegas locals. By using the site, you agree to them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as a promoter for any venue, performer, or ticketing company.

Always confirm before you go. We gather event information from sources we believe are reliable, but the details move. Show times, dates, prices, lineups, and cancellations change, sometimes at the last minute. Always confirm directly with the venue or the official ticket seller before you make plans, buy tickets, or travel. The final word is theirs, not ours, so please verify before you count on anything you read here.

As is. The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it always will be, and event information can be incomplete or out of date.

Links to other sites. We link out to ticket sellers, venues, and other third parties so you can buy tickets and learn more. Those sites and any purchases you make are theirs, run under their own terms and conditions, so please refer to their pages directly for those. We are not a party to your transaction with them and are not responsible for their terms, their content, or their sites. Some of our ticket links may earn us a small commission, at no cost to you.

Using the site fairly. Please don't scrape or bulk-harvest our content, use bots or automated access, probe for vulnerabilities, or try to reach any part of the site you're not meant to. We may block abusive activity and report it. Spotted a security problem? Email us at [email protected] and we'll get on it. We appreciate the heads-up.

Feature Your Show. Paid placements are always clearly labeled. We run them at our editorial discretion and can decline or remove any placement. Being featured is not a guarantee of clicks, ticket sales, or attendance. Once a placement is live, its fee is non-refundable.

Content removal. Rights holders and venues can request removal of event content by emailing [email protected]. We act on valid requests promptly.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes belong in the courts of Clark County.

Age. You should be at least 13 to use the site, and at least 18 to buy a paid feature.

Updates. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when we last did.
